VSA runs a Low Cost Spay/Neuter certificate program designed to help people in financial need "Fix" their pets.
Please note: As of December 19 2009, VSA will no longer issue Fix Your Pet vouchers at DAS. Vouchers will only be issued at PetSmart (in the cat adoption center) on Sundays, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Collier County residents in financial need can apply for these low cost certificates at that time. You may be asked to show proof of income.
Certificates for cats are $30.00 and certificates for dogs range from $47.50 to $120.00, depending on the sex and weight of the animal. There will be a $5.00 refundable deposit on each certificate. Deposits will be returned when you bring in your receipt from the veterinarian showing proof of the surgery.
